Power Poppy Glads

Marcella has created some gorgeous digital stamps this month for Power Poppy.    I usually don't try digital images  because they run or smear when I use my copics to color them.  Well I thought today I would try them with my newer HP printer and Wow it's working. I printed them on cryogen white text weight paper and let them sit for about an hour or so and they are working wonderful.  This digital is the Gladioli image and I fussy cut it out after coloring it.  The die cuts are Spellbinders except for the little butterfly is Cheery Lynn.  I used some peel off borders and corners and saying to finish the 6x6 card.

Bright pink square turned diagonal is Adorning Squares, light pink oval is opulent ovals, by Spellbinders.  Tag is also spellbinders, butterfly is the small exotic butterfly by Cheery Lynn.

Cheery Lynn Stained glass doily

I made this beautiful stained glass card for the bling it up challenge on Cheery Lynn Designs.   I started with a 5.5x5.5 card and added a white layer that I used double sided tape on and then covered it with the metallic flakes.  The yellow layer was run through the cuttlebug and then I used the Lilith doily and angel wing, I cut the angel wing from sticker paper and added the doily over the top, then used the metallic flakes over it.  The flower is from Cheery Lynn's
Sweet William and the leaves are Flourish leaf strip and rose leaf strip.  I made a double bow from pale peach silk ribbon and added a couple of gems to finish this card.  It's hard to see in the picture but these metallic flakes are so pretty and shiny. Here is a video tutorial on how to do this metallic flake and make the stained glass look.

Power Poppy sympathy card

This gorgeous Azalea stamp is from the new Power Poppy stamp company.  Marcella designs the most gorgeous flower stamps around and they are a delight to color.  I used some pretty background paper, spellbinders Elegant ovals to cut out the shape and colored the images with copics.  I edged and lightly sponged tumbled glass distress ink around the oval and image. I added some pretty purple ribbon and a peel off gold saying to finish the card.

Sympathy

I made this card for a friend today.  I used several of the papers from Graphic 45's Secret Garden collection.  The butterfly is from the medium exotic collection from Cheery Lynn.  The pretty flower and leaves are also from Cheery Lynn's rose leaves and Daisy strip.  I added a peel off saying to finish the card.
