New Cathedral lace die

If you are here to see the Creative Belli, ODBD and SSCC card please scroll down one.
I just love this die cut from Cheery Lynn Designs. I did this on white silk paper from The Paper cut which is very elegant. I backed it with gold mirror card and then cut the spellbinders tag from the gold mirror card, oval from the white silk and added the pearl bling from Want 2 scrap to match the die cut.  The saying is a peel off in gold from Pop up templates.

Multiple challenges this week

Our challenge on Creative Belli is vellum this week.  I cut the doily and center circle out of vellum.  The challenge is a doily on Our Daily Bread Design and I used their gorgeous Dahlia stamp for this card.  I'm also entering this in the Stampin Sisters in Christ challenge to choose three.  I used a popped up image, button and ribbon to make the flower.  The pretty background on this card is a cuttlebug damask folder and I sponged some color over it after embossing it. The dies are from Cheery Lynn Designs.    Added a little bling on the corners and that finished the card.

Cathedral lace

This lace die cut is Cathedral lace from Cheery Lynn, it's gorgeous and so versatile.  I used it on striped paper and then added a spellbinders tag from copper mirror card, Want 2 scrap circle of gems and a peel off thinking of you to finish the card.  There is also a gorgeous Christmas "peace" die cut as well. These are listed under new on the home page. Lots of gorgeous new dies there and several to get your Christmas cards started!!!

Crafty Secrets the color orange

Our challenge was the color orange on Crafty Secrets forum on Split Coast Stampers this week.  This is REALLY peach, orange and coral even though it doesn't look like in the picture.   I used CS Love and Romance vintage cuts for this card.  The paper is from my stash and the flowers and leaves and lace butterfly are from Michaels.  Peel off lace border and ribbon added at the bottom.  Be sure to check out the gallery on SCS, fantastic inspiration from Crafty Secrets on there.

Marianne Diva's challenge, anything goes

Anything goes was our challenge this month on Marianne Diva's blog.  All dies are from Marianne which I get through Sweet Stamps.   I layered the dies over some pretty paper from my stash and added some bling from Michaels.  The bird and branch is one die and I cut multiples of the leaves from that die cut.

Speedy the Cat challenge, Lace

Our challenge this week on Mark's finest papers is to use Lace on our card, I took some artistic liberty and used a
Cathedral lace frame die cut from Cheery Lynn.  The flourish is also from Cheery Lynn, fanciful flourish, the pink center die is a spellbinders.  The beautiful flowers are from Mark's finest and I think they are from a discontinued set, sorry!! I'm waiting for all my new sets to come and can't wait to play.  I colored the flowers with copics and cut them out to layer on the die cut.  Added some silk ribbon and a peel off border and it's done. Check out the DT and all the gorgeous inspiration on Mark's finest paper blog.

Stamping in time and Midnight madness

Our stamping in time challenge is lace and I also combined it with flower soft.  The wonderful layout is from Priscilla's midnight madness.
I stamped this gorgeous saying and border from ODBD.   I used flower soft after I colored the flowers and leaves.  The die cut is a new one called from Cheery Lynn Designs,  Kiwi oval which gives the lacy look!!  I layered the card with a pretty pink background run through the cuttlebug with a dots folder, then the papers are from a new pack I bought at a convention called First Edition, spring feast by Mindy Terasawa by Trimcraft UK ltd.   I added some peel off lace and then cut and colored and added flower soft to  the pretty spool of thread with the measuring tape and scissors from ODBD. This is a stamp set with matching die.   I added some bling from Michaels and edged everything with a silver pen.  Be sure to check out both ODBD and Midnight Madness for the DT cards, they are always stunning and lots of inspiration!!

Now that I know how to put them on the block correctly I"m loving them.   This wonderful layout is from
